The project included remodel of the existing space to include two tenants in one space. In order to allow for funding split, the project was designed so the contractors could provide two separate quotes, one for each tenant. The program included the following:
- BMV and Auto Title customer service
- Staff support areas
- Waiting areas
- Testing room
The biggest challenge was to work with two different clints for the same project who at times had different goals and ideas.
